Child Support / Spousal Support

Every parent of a minor child is responsible to provide financial support for their child. Support continues until the child reaches the age of 18 or in some cases up until the age of 23. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has established Child Support Guidelines to assist in determining the amount of support which should be paid based on the situation of the parents. We can help you determine whether support is warranted in a particular situation, the amount of support, or to determine whether your situation requires a modification of an existing order based on a change in circumstances.
